      Kidney Stones      Kidney Stone, Nephrolithiasis   or   U rolithiasis (गुर्दे की  पथरी, अश्मरी )                                    Kidney stone disease, also known as nephrolithiasis or urolithiasis, is a  crystalopathy   where a solid piece of material  ( kidney stone ) develops in the urinary tract.  Kidney stones typically form in the kidney  and leave the body in the urine stream.   A small stone may pass without causing symptoms.  If a stone grows to more than 5 millimeters (0.2 inches), it can cause blockage.  About half of people who have had a kidney stone are likely to have another within ten years. Painful kidney stones are common nowadays. Thanks to our lifestyle of acidic diets. These small, stones -like crystals form in the urinary system, which is responsible for removing all toxins from our body while retaining essential minerals and salts.  An acidic diet means the body has to release certain salts in the fluids to ensure a measure of alkalinity. Over time, this
