Time of early dawn precisely one and half hour before sun-rise




The air is cool and fresh at that time. No smoke from cars or scooters. It is very quiet too. No noise to disturb your thoughts. Your mind is fresh after your sleep. So it is a good time to meditate and find happiness. You can even study. You will be able to stay focused, and what you read will stay fresh in your mind. You can go for morning walk at this time.
When you get up early, you feel fresh and excited
So many people go for jogging. Do yoga or exercise.
As soon as you wake up, you should go to the toilet. If the food you had the previous night has not digested properly, you can go back to sleep for some more time.
When you wake up early , you get more time to get ready.
You won't forget things  you need.

When you are sick, or tired, it is ok to wake up little late. Both the mind and the body are tired, and will need rest to feel better.
When a women is pregnant, she can wake up late too.
Children too can wake up a little late.
You should wake up when the sun rises.
So it is a right time  for you to try and make getting up early a habit, 
So that you can be healthy, happy and calm.
Therefore old saying that ,

                 "Early to bed and early to rise make a man healthy wealthy and wise."
